Welcome to Barrington Homeowners' Association

Barrington Homeowners' Association  is centrally-located in the United States, which is nestled in Fairfax Station , Virginia. Fairfax Station is a census-designated place (CDP) in Fairfax County, Virginia, United States. The population was 12,420 at the 2020 census. Located in Northern Virginia, its center is located 22 miles (35 km) southwest of Washington, D.C. Established 175 years ago in 1851, Fairfax Station was originally a station of the Orange and Alexandria Railroad, with proximity to the county seat of Fairfax; it was known as "Lee's Station" during its first year. During the Civil War in August 1862, Clara Barton tended to wounded Union and Confederate troops at the station after the Second Battle of Bull Run (Manassas), with headquarters at nearby St. Mary's Church. An employee of the U.S. Patent Office in Washington at the start of the war, Barton later founded the American Red Cross in 1881. A small skirmish, which was also the last in the county during the war, was fought at Brimstone Hill near Fairfax Station.

Letter from the President

I am very excited for our Barrington Homeowners' Association as we move forward in a new chapter. As you know, 2025 was a great year and we have been able to complete some amazing landscaping and add in a few special touches.

I personally care about our community and the residents. And, as the Board President, I want to encourage everyone to become part of this great community. Starting with this new announcement.

On behalf of the our Board of Directors, welcome to our new community website!
This website is intended to provide owners with easy access to community information including announcements, reports and surveys, meeting minutes and Association documents. It also links to CommunityWatch's platform for paying assessments online, checking balances and retrieving documents for refinancing and resales. Keep in mind that the website is a work in progress and will be continually updated. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please go to the "Contact Us" page and submit your ideas!

Please note that the our operations are governed by a Board of volunteer directors. The Board of Directors is elected by the community to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining members' compliance with the established bylaws of the Association.

Through this website, the Board of Directors is making every effort to keep owners informed and up to date on all matters concerning our community as we believe open and informative communication to be very important. In addition, newsletters will be sent out periodically. And now we have blogs! We are also actively seeking volunteers to support Board committees. Please remember that the best time to provide input and make an impact on community decisions is during the planning stages. So welcome to our new community webpage, thanks to Site realty Group and CommunityWatch!
